OUR PROGRAMS

Our program has been developed under the standards provided by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is tailored to meet the individual needs of the children enrolled. We believe that giving children ample opportunities to stimulate their minds, have fun, and safely experience new things will activate a love of learning that will last a lifetime!

Our curriculum has been developed in partnership with our Curriculum Director and our teaching team of professionals. We begin the year with a theme-based learning approach as our teachers observe the children's individual interests and developmental needs. From there, our teaching teams consult with one another and our Curriculum Director to create a framework for the year. Our teaching teams bring in resources and develop activities for the curriculum that are most enriching for the classroom. 

Our daily activities include those that are necessary to a child's physical, emotional and intellectual well-being. Some will be teacher-directed, while others are child-initiated. Children learn through play and learn most quickly when the situation is relative and consistent. By combining what we know about healthy development and the individual needs of the children enrolled in our program we are able to offer a relevant curriculum that provides ample opportunities for comprehensive and meaningful learning. 

Our teaching teams prepare curriculum and activity plans in advance and copies are posted on each classroom's Parent Information Board along with any program changes and updates.
